Current Programs 

All programs are online for now, due to lack of an actual center space. All services listed in this section are FREE!

1. KIC! - The Kinnari Internet Channel (KIC) is a broadcasting of our video shows relating to Burmese arts and culture. We showcase artists and hobbyists who are dedicated to their work. Short educational series and news on Burmese culture will also be featured.

2. KCR - The Kinnari Center Radio (KCR) is our online radio shows relating to Burmese arts and culture. Talk shows, interviews, music playlists, poetry readings and such will be featured, with listeners are welcome to call in live.

3. Movies Showcase - A monthly showcase of Burmese movies and films about Burma from various sources will be featured. Some movies might be shown in parts or sequences throughout the course of the month. Their sources will be made available for viewers to explore further.

4. Elements of Burmese Dance - A shared online Powerpoint Presentation Lesson Series teaching the theory part of Burmese dances and the relevant cultural history. Video presentations might be included in later lessons in this virtual classroom.

5. Web-based Gallery Show - An online gallery of artwork created by Burmese artists and craft-persons. Submission for gallery is gladly welcomed. Please email us a brief bio of yourself, and a description of your artwork ,along with a JPG or GIF or BMP file of your artwork.

6. Interactive Forums - Virtual rooms for discussions and feedback on literature and fine arts. Anything goes in this space and it is moderated by the administrator, not based on content, but rather for members' safety and assistance with facilitation of the creative processes. 

7. Resource Links - A page on this website that lists other online resources and information regarding the Burmese arts, literature, and culture. If you would like to add your site or other sites that you think are appropriate, please contact us.
